These Terms explain your rights and ours when you use Yohaku. We’ve tried to keep them clear and restrained — please take a few minutes before you start.
本規約は、余白を使うときのあなたと当社それぞれの権利と責任を定めます。できるだけ明確かつ控えめに記しました。ご利用前に数分お読みください。
下载、安装或使用余白，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本用户协议（“本协议”）以及我们的隐私政策。如果你不同意，请不要使用本应用。若你代表未成年人或他人配置余白，你确认自己已获得相应授权，并代其接受本协议。
By downloading, installing or using Yohaku, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you configure Yohaku on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm you are authorized to do so and accept these Terms for them.
余白をダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、本規約（以下「本規約」）およびプライバシーポリシーを読み、理解し、同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は本アプリをご利用にならないでください。未成年者や他者のために余白を設定する場合、あなたはその権限を有し、本人に代わって本規約に同意するものとします。
余白是一款专注力与屏幕时间辅助工具。它借助苹果的「屏幕使用时间 / Family Controls」框架，按你设定的规则（时间、次数、时长、地理围栏、番茄专注）把容易让你分心的 App 暂时“收起”，帮助你建立更健康的使用习惯。
余白是辅助自律的工具，而非家长监控或安全管控产品。它的拦截行为依赖 iOS 系统的能力，可能存在延迟或在某些系统状态下不生效（见“重要提示”）。它不能替代你对自己或他人行为的判断与监督。
Yohaku is a focus and screen-time aid. Using Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls framework, it temporarily “puts away” distracting apps according to the rules you set (schedule, count, duration, geofence, Pomodoro) to help you build healthier habits.
Yohaku is a tool to support self-discipline — not a parental-control or safety-enforcement product. Its blocking depends on iOS system capabilities and may be delayed or, in certain system states, ineffective (see “Important Notice”). It is not a substitute for your own judgment and supervision of your or another’s behavior.
余白は集中力とスクリーンタイムを支援するツールです。Apple のスクリーンタイム / Family Controls フレームワークを用い、あなたが設定したルール（時間・回数・時間量・ジオフェンス・ポモドーロ）に従って、気を散らすアプリを一時的に「片づけ」、より健全な利用習慣づくりを助けます。
余白はセルフコントロールを支える道具であり、保護者向け監視や安全管理の製品ではありません。そのブロック動作は iOS のシステム機能に依存し、遅延や、特定のシステム状態では機能しない場合があります（「重要なご注意」参照）。あなた自身や他者の行動に対する判断・監督の代わりにはなりません。
你需具备在你所在地区订立有约束力合同的能力方可使用余白。若你未达到法定成年年龄，应在父母或监护人的同意与监督下使用。订阅类购买可能要求你年满相应年龄或取得监护人许可。
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Yohaku. If you are below the age of majority, use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Subscription purchases may require that you meet the applicable age or have guardian permission.
余白を利用するには、お住まいの地域で拘束力のある契約を締結できる必要があります。成年年齢に達していない場合は、保護者の同意と監督のもとでご利用ください。サブスクの購入には、所定の年齢に達していること、または保護者の許可が必要となる場合があります。
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的有限许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，按苹果《使用条款》许可的方式安装与使用余白。除法律明确允许外，你不得复制、修改、出租、出借、出售、分发本应用，或对其进行反编译、反向工程。本许可不构成对软件所有权的转让。
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Yohaku on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules. Except as the law expressly allows, you may not copy, modify, rent, lease, lend, sell or distribute the app, or decompile or reverse-engineer it. This license is not a transfer of ownership of the software.
本規約の遵守を条件として、当社はあなたに、あなたが所有または管理する Apple デバイス上で、Apple の使用許諾規則が認める範囲で余白をインストール・使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可・撤回可能な限定的ライセンスを付与します。法律が明示的に認める場合を除き、本アプリの複製・改変・貸与・貸出・販売・配布、または逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングはできません。本ライセンスはソフトウェアの所有権の移転を意味しません。
余白的部分高级功能通过 余白 Pro 提供，可选择自动续费订阅或一次性买断。所有购买均通过 Apple App 内购买完成。
退款由 Apple 依据其政策处理，请通过 Apple 的“报告问题”渠道申请。本协议与 Apple《媒体服务条款》如有冲突，就 App 内购买事项以 Apple 条款为准。
Some premium features are offered through Yohaku Pro, available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. All purchases are completed via Apple In-App Purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request one via Apple’s “Report a Problem.” To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple’s Media Services Terms, Apple’s terms govern as to In-App Purchases.
一部のプレミアム機能は 余白 Pro として、自動更新サブスクリプションまたは買い切りで提供されます。購入はすべて Apple の App 内課金で行われます。
返金は Apple がそのポリシーに基づき対応します。Apple の「問題を報告」からお申し込みください。本規約が Apple のメディアサービス利用規約と矛盾する場合、App 内課金については Apple の規約が優先します。
余白提供功能完整的免费版：你可以创建一个罐子、为其放入最多 3 个 App、使用全部规则类型，并享有基础统计与每日临时取出额度。Pro 解锁多个罐子、每罐更多 App、可自定义的临时取出次数、系统级保护，以及更深入的统计与成就。各档功能的具体边界以应用内当前展示为准（也见帮助的对比表）。我们可能调整免费 / Pro 的功能划分，并会通过应用内说明告知。
Yohaku offers a fully usable free tier: create one jar, put up to 3 apps in it, use every rule type, and get basic stats and a daily temporary-unlock allowance. Pro unlocks multiple jars, more apps per jar, a customizable number of temporary unlocks, system-level protections, and deeper stats and achievements. The exact boundaries of each tier are as shown in the app at the time (see also the comparison table in Help). We may adjust the free/Pro split and will explain changes in the app.

When using Yohaku, you agree not to:
余白の利用にあたり、次の行為を行わないことに同意します。
余白的拦截依赖 iOS 的「屏幕使用时间」机制，规则的生效与解除可能存在最长约一分钟的延迟，在系统重启、权限变更、低电量或其他系统状态下也可能短暂不生效。
因此，请勿将余白用于任何安全攸关或必须万无一失的场景（例如驾驶、医疗、紧急联络的可达性等）。你应自行确保始终能够接收紧急通讯与拨打紧急电话。余白旨在帮助你培养习惯，而非剥夺你对设备的最终控制。
你对自己设定的规则、放入的 App，以及由此带来的体验负责。请妥善保管“打开余白的密码”；若遗忘，你可能需要卸载重装，这将清除本地数据。
Yohaku’s blocking relies on iOS Screen Time. Rules taking effect or lifting may be delayed by up to about a minute, and may briefly not apply during a system restart, permission change, low battery or other system states.
For that reason, do not rely on Yohaku for any safety-critical or fail-proof situation (e.g. driving, medical needs, reachability for emergencies). You remain responsible for ensuring you can always receive urgent communications and place emergency calls. Yohaku is meant to help you build habits — not to take away your ultimate control of your device.
You are responsible for the rules you set, the apps you put away, and the experience that results. Keep your “open Yohaku” passcode safe; if you forget it, you may need to reinstall, which clears local data.
余白のブロックは iOS のスクリーンタイムに依存します。ルールの適用・解除には最大で約 1 分の遅延が生じることがあり、システムの再起動、権限変更、バッテリー残量低下などの状態では一時的に機能しない場合があります。
そのため、安全に関わる場面や確実性が求められる用途に余白を頼らないでください（運転、医療、緊急連絡の受信可能性など）。緊急の連絡を受け取り、緊急電話をかけられる状態を保つ責任はあなたにあります。余白は習慣づくりを助けるものであり、端末に対するあなたの最終的なコントロールを奪うものではありません。
設定したルール、片づけたアプリ、その結果として生じる体験については、あなたが責任を負います。「余白を開くパスコード」は大切に保管してください。忘れた場合、再インストールが必要となり、ローカルデータは消去されます。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，余白按“现状”与“现有”提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权，以及不中断或无错误运行的担保。我们不保证拦截在所有情形下都即时、准确或持续生效。部分司法管辖区不允许排除某些默示担保，相关条款对你可能不适用。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yohaku is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that blocking will be instant, accurate or continuously effective in all situations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so parts of this may not apply to you.
適用法令が認める最大限の範囲で、余白は「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害、無中断・無誤動作を含む明示・黙示のいかなる保証も伴いません。ブロックがあらゆる状況で即時・正確・継続的に機能することを保証するものではありません。一部の法域では特定の黙示保証の排除が認められないため、本項の一部が適用されない場合があります。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用余白而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害（包括时间损失、数据丢失、错过通知或机会损失），我们概不负责。在任何情况下，我们就本协议所承担的累计责任，不超过你在引发主张事件之前 12 个月内为余白实际支付的金额（如为免费使用则为零）。某些地区不允许限制此类责任，相关限制对你可能不适用。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Yohaku (including lost time, lost data, missed notifications, or lost opportunities). In no event will our total liability under these Terms exceed the amount you actually paid for Yohaku in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or zero for free use). Some regions do not allow such limits, so they may not apply to you.
適用法令が認める最大限の範囲で、余白の使用または使用不能から生じる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害（時間の損失、データの喪失、通知の見逃し、機会の損失を含む）について、当社は責任を負いません。いかなる場合も、本規約に基づく当社の累積責任は、請求の原因となる事象の発生前 12 か月間にあなたが余白に実際に支払った金額（無料利用の場合はゼロ）を超えません。一部の地域ではこうした制限が認められないため、適用されない場合があります。
余白及其名称、标志、界面、设计、文案与软件均受著作权、商标及其他知识产权法律保护，归属于我们或相应权利人。本协议未明确授予的权利，均予以保留。你创建的罐子与规则等内容归你所有，且仅保存在你的设备上。
Yohaku, including its name, logo, interface, design, copy and software, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws and belongs to us or the respective rights holders. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. The content you create — your jars and rules — belongs to you and lives only on your device.
余白（その名称、ロゴ、インターフェース、デザイン、文章、ソフトウェアを含む）は、著作権・商標その他の知的財産法によって保護され、当社または各権利者に帰属します。本規約で明示的に付与されない権利はすべて留保されます。あなたが作成した瓶やルールなどのコンテンツはあなたに帰属し、あなたの端末内にのみ保存されます。
你可以随时停止使用并卸载余白，以终止本协议。若你严重违反本协议，我们可在适用法律允许的范围内中止或终止你对应用的使用。终止后，关于许可限制、知识产权、免责、责任限制与适用法律的条款仍然有效。卸载或终止不会自动取消你在 Apple 处的订阅——请按上文方式自行管理。
You may end these Terms at any time by ceasing use and uninstalling Yohaku. If you materially breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your use of the app to the extent permitted by law. Provisions on license limits, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination. Uninstalling or terminating does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription — manage it yourself as described above.
あなたはいつでも利用を中止し余白を削除することで本規約を終了できます。あなたが本規約に重大に違反した場合、当社は適用法令が認める範囲で本アプリの利用を停止・終了できます。終了後も、ライセンス制限、知的財産、免責、責任の制限、準拠法に関する条項は引き続き有効です。削除・終了によって Apple のサブスクが自動的に解約されることはありません。上記の方法でご自身で管理してください。
本协议由你与我们（而非 Apple）订立。Apple 不负责余白及其内容。Apple 对本应用不承担任何维护或支持义务；任何产品担保（在不可排除的范围内）由我们承担，Apple 不提供担保。涉及产品责任、不符合法律要求、第三方知识产权主张等问题，应向我们提出。你确认余白须遵守 Apple《使用条款》，且Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，有权据此对你强制执行本协议。你亦声明你不在受美国禁运的国家、且不在任何美国受限名单中。
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Yohaku or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the app; any product warranty (to the extent not disclaimable) is our responsibility, not Apple’s. Claims relating to product liability, legal non-compliance, or third-party intellectual-property infringement should be directed to us. You acknowledge that Yohaku must comply with Apple’s Usage Rules, and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. restricted-party list.
本規約はあなたと当社の間のものであり、Apple との間のものではありません。Apple は余白およびその内容について責任を負いません。Apple は本アプリの保守・サポートを提供する義務を負わず、製品保証（排除できない範囲）は Apple ではなく当社が負います。製造物責任、法令不適合、第三者の知的財産権侵害に関する請求は当社へお寄せください。あなたは余白が Apple の使用許諾規則に従う必要があることを認め、Apple およびその子会社が本規約の第三者受益者であり、本規約をあなたに対して行使できることに同意します。また、米国の禁輸国に所在せず、米国の制限対象者リストに該当しないことを表明します。
我们可能不时更新本协议。重大变更会在应用内提示。变更发布后你继续使用，即视为接受更新后的条款。页面顶部始终显示当前版本与生效日期。
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use Yohaku after a change is posted means you accept the updated Terms. The top of this page always shows the current version and effective date.
当社は本規約を随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。変更の掲示後に利用を続けた場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。本ページ上部には常に最新のバージョンと発効日を表示します。
在不违反你作为消费者所在地强制性法律的前提下，本协议受我们主要营业地所在司法管辖区的法律管辖，并据其解释。若任一条款被认定无效，其余条款仍然有效。本协议构成你与我们就余白达成的完整约定。作为消费者，你可能享有所在地法律赋予的、本协议不得减损的权利。
Without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence, these Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are principally established. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Yohaku. As a consumer, you may have rights under local law that these Terms cannot diminish.
あなたの居住地の強行的な消費者保護法を妨げない範囲で、本規約は当社が主たる事業を行う法域の法律に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。いずれかの条項が無効と判断されても、残りの条項は引き続き有効です。本規約は、余白に関するあなたと当社の完全な合意を構成します。消費者として、本規約では減じることのできない権利を居住地の法律により有する場合があります。
